Meet Chef Jean Lteif, an extraordinary culinary talent whose journey in the world of gastronomy has been nothing short of a remarkable odyssey. From his humble beginnings in a bustling kitchen to the prestigious position of Executive Chef and culinary consultant for several project in the region, Chef Jean’s story is a testament to passion, perseverance, and an unyielding commitment to the art of cooking. 

Chef Jean’s culinary journey began in restaurants in his home country (Lebanon), before he settled down in Dubai. Fueled by his early passion, he pursued formal culinary education, honing his skills in renowned culinary institutes, & completed his study in Dubai to obtain a diploma from City & Guilds institute London. Each experience added a layer to his expertise, and he seamlessly blended traditional techniques with innovative approaches, creating a distinctive culinary style that set him apart.

He has spent his last 10 years working for healthy concepts such as meal plans companies and vegan restaurants. As the Culinary consultant of a prestigious establishment in the region, Chef Jean brings a wealth of experience and a unique culinary perspective to the table. Today Chef Jean is the Technical Chef Advisor for Flora Food Group for UAE and lower gulf (Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait).

Beyond his culinary prowess, Chef Jean is a mentor and advocate for aspiring chefs of using plant-based products and focus on calorie count for each meal they are creating to take into consideration the consumer needs, embodying the belief that a successful kitchen is built on creativity and think out of the box.

Outside of being a Chef, he is a solo traveler, and he likes to discover new cultures with new tastes by seeking out off-the-beaten-path markets, street stalls, and local eateries in every corner of the world. He immerses himself in the local gastronomic tapestry, absorbing the essence of each destination
