Spread
  • 500 g Violife Creamy, room temperature
  • 100 g grated horseradish
  • 30 g coarse grain mustard
  • 30 g apple cider vinegar
  • 40 g honey liquid
  • salt and pepper
Accessory
  • pickled silverskin onion
  • 100 g of water
  • 50 g vinegar essence 12%
  • 90 g sugar
  • 200 g thinly sliced white onion
  • 50 g chopped flat-leaf parsley
Other
  • 10 tortillas
  • 200 g of shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 300 g cucumber cut into 6cm pieces
  • 300 g sliced tomato
  • 200 g deep fried tofu
  • 150 g thinly sliced radishes
Spread
  1. Whisk together Violife Creamy with horseradish, coarse Dijon mustard, Apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and water. Season with salt and pepper. Place in piping bag or bowl. Let stand in a cold place.
Pickled Onions
  1. Bring water, vinegar and sugar to a boil. Pour over the white onion. Allow to cool completely. Drain and mix with coarsely chopped parsley.
Filling
  1. Lay out the bread, spread or pipe on Creamy horseradish and mustard (about 60 g per wrap). Top with iceberg lettuce, tomato, tofu, cucumber sticks, white onion, sliced radish and roasted sunflower seeds.
