  1. Mix the melted Flora Plant B+tter and the soft brown sugar in the bottom of a 20cm non-stick baking tin.
  2. Cut the plums in half and place cut side down into the Flora Plant B+tter and sugar layer.
  3. Sieved together the flour, ground almonds, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon.
  4. Whisk together the dry ingredients with the plant milk, melted Flora Plant B+tter and essences.
  5. Pour onto the plums and bake in the oven at 160c for approximately 1hour.
  6. Allow to cool completely before turning out.
For the Cream
  1. Whisk the icing sugar and vanilla essence with the Flora Plant Cream 31% until thick.
  2. Serve with a warm wedge of the plum upside-down cake.
