Compote:
  1. Melt the unsalted Plant B+tter.
  2. Peel and dice all the apples and add to the melted butter on the heat.
  3. Add in the sugar & cinnamon and cook until the apples have started to soften.
Crumble Topping:
  1. Rub together the plain flour and softened Plant B+tter.
  2. Add in both sugars, cinnamon and flavours.
  3. Stir in the flaked almonds and chunky oats
  4. Place this crumble mix onto a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 180C for 5 minutes intervals, baking up slightly each time.
  6. After about 20 minutes you should have a golden crumble mix.
Building the crumble:
  1. This is a great way to make a crumble as you can now either layer the apple compote and top with a layer of cooked crumble mixture in a large dish or individual dishes and then warm through in the oven to serve.
  2. Add the vanilla and icing sugar to the Flora Plant Cre+m and whisk until thick and creamy.
  3. Serve with a large spoon with warm crumble.
