  • 250 g plant based milk
  • 7 g fast action yeast
  • 65 g Flora Plant B+tter Unsalted
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • 375 g strong bread flour
  • 5 g vanilla flavour
  • 2 g ground cinnamon

To make the cinnamon buns
  1. Warm milk and butter to luke warm, add yeast and half the sugar.
  2. Add in 75g of flour and cover until begins to bubble.
  3. Add all ingredients to a mixer and using a dough hook work until smooth.
  4. Place in a greased bowl and cover until has proven to double in size.
  5. Roll out into a large rectangle, spread with cinnamon butter filling and roll.
  6. Cut into 10 equal pieces and place into a greased oven tray.
  7. Prove again until doubled in size.
  8. Bake in an oven at approx 190 degrees C for 20 mins
  9. Allow to cool and brush with cream cheese frosting
