  • 4 cups of Violife Just Like Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 105 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of almond extract
  • 1 whole vanilla bean
  • 4 gelatin sheets
  • Grand Marnier 1/2 tbsp
Topping:
  • Luxardo Cherries in Syrup
  1. In a heavy bottomed pot, combine Violife Heavy Whipping Cream, almond extract, Grand Marnier, sugar, and whole gelatin sheets.
  2. Split vanilla bean lengthwise and scrap contents along with whole bean pod into cream mixture and bring to a quick boil, whisking vigorously.
  3. Allow to cool, strain, and portion into six portion cups. Refrigerate two hours, or until set. Garnish with Luxardo Cherries and enjoy!
