Dressing
  • 75 g Flora Plant Cream Double 31% Fat
  • 0.2 g Marmite
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 70 g water
  • 3 g garlic
  • 20 g Violife Prosociano Wedge grated
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 5 g grain mustard
  • 20 g Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 g xanthan gum
  • 4 g salt
Salad
  • 2 slices sourdough bread remove crusts and cut into batons
  • 1 cos lettuce / romaine lettuce washed coarsely shredded (reserving 8 smaller leaves for plating)
  • 50 g (approximatley) Violife Prosociano Wedge Grated
  • 100 g Flora Plant B+tter Unsalted
For the dressing:
  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl or measuring jug and mix. Serve by drizzling it on top of your Caesar Salad.
For the salad:
  1. Melt the Flora Plant B+tter in a frying pan until foaming, then add the sourdough batons. Season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook until golden brown, turning frequently.
  2. Towards the end of cooking, grate over some Prosociano and toss together before draining on kitchen paper.
  3. To build the salad, toss the shredded lettuce in a large bowl with the dressing, add some shavings of Prosociano.
For the plating:
  1. Use the whole reserved lettuce leaves as a base, top this with the Caesar Salad, and finish with croutons and a few more shavings of Prosociano.
