  1. Heat sugar syrup and infuse with the tea bags
  2. When infused take the teabags out and melt the chocolate into the syrup (reheat a little to melt)
  3. Whip the cream and fold through
  4. Pour into required mold and allow to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
